Product Manager

Join Titan, a fast-paced fintech startup, as our founding Product Manager. In this role, you will be the central node of our execution motion, ensuring all projects and stakeholders are focused, on track, and cohesively organized. You will partner deeply with all teams to turn our roadmap into documentation, prototypes, and products that ship. This is not a "maintain and optimize" role; it's an "all-hands-on-deck," "zero-to-one" seat.

• Assurer la coordination et l'organisation de tous les projets et parties prenantes, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient concentrés, sur la bonne voie et débloqués.
• Collaborer étroitement avec toutes les équipes (Ingénierie, Design, Conseil en patrimoine, Expérience client, Gestion d'investissement) pour transformer notre feuille de route en documentation, prototypes et produits.
• Lancer de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités qui valident ou invalident rapidement les hypothèses, en intégrant systématiquement les retours clients et les données.
• Scrappy, Organized → You’re extremely hands-on & resourceful, able to bring order to fast-paced, ambitious start up environments
• User Obsession & Insights-driven Mindset → Deep empathy for clients and passion for translating insights into product decisions
• Fintech Experience / Acumen → Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and user behavior in the space. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
• Wartime Experience → You've thrived in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Ideally you've been the first or only PM at a start up high-growth tech company
• Founder-like Operator → Proven ability to take ideas from roadmap to execution in ambiguous environments. Former / Current founders welcome
• Data-Driven → You track what matters and use it to make better decisions
