Technology M&A Associate - Paris (Permanent contract)

Join Clipperton, a leading investment bank dedicated to technology and growth companies. As a Technology M&A Associate in Paris, you will support our teams on technology-based M&A transactions, conduct market and competitor analysis, and prepare company valuations. You will work in an international, diverse environment and report directly to top management. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, strategic consultancy, audit, or the technology industry, and has a strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.

• Support teams on technology-based M&A transactions, conduct market and competitor analysis, and help pitch and acquire new mandates.
• Prepare company valuations based on Multiples, DCF or LBO analysis, and prepare target and investor lists.
• Work under tight deadlines within a small organization and report directly to top management.
