Technology M&A Analyst - Paris - January or March 2027 (Internship)

As a Technology M&A Analyst Intern, you will support existing and upcoming transactions, assist with commercial and marketing efforts, and gain exposure to senior management. • Support existing and upcoming transactions throughout the entire process, from kick-off to closing, including preparation of investment memoranda and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial presentations and pitches, identification of new prospects, and participation in the preparation of sectoral research papers.
• Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts by preparing commercial presentations and pitches, and participating in the preparation of sectoral research papers.
