Product Marketing Manager (Artificial Intelligence)

Join Aiven, a leading open source data platform, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on AI. In this role, you will define and drive Aiven's AI vision, create impactful marketing materials, conduct market analysis, execute product launches, and serve as a key spokesperson for Aiven's AI story. You will work closely with Aiven executives and product, marketing, and engineering leadership.

• Realizar un análisis de mercado y competitivo integral específicamente para el espacio de infraestructura de datos de IA/ML para identificar oportunidades y amenazas clave.
• 6+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in cloud, data infrastructure, or open source
• You understand how cloud and AI business models work and can articulate the challenges that companies face trying to build AI-ready systems
• Prior experience marketing a managed service or product built on an open source project (e.g., Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Clickhouse)
• That said, you should absolutely know how to use generative AI tools to become more efficient at your job
• Strong writer who can make technical ideas readable without dumbing them down or defaulting to AI
• You've built a narrative around AI before, not just helped with one, and you can explain the choices you made
• You can operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive cross-functional projects, including with executive leadership
• Experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering
• Masterclass level presentation and storytelling skills. We use Google Slides a lot here
• Comfortable with remote work and a decent amount of travel
