Marketing Operations Manager (FX & CFDs)

Join our team as a Marketing Operations Manager, where you will manage and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows across multiple brands, regions, and teams. You will act as the central coordination point between marketing, product, compliance, design, and regional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include driving prioritization, transparency, and accountability across campaign delivery pipelines, establishing and improving operational processes, and coordinating the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will also monitor campaign delivery performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. • Manage and optimise end-to-end marketing workflows across multiple brands, regions, and teams.
• Act as the central coordination point between marketing, product, compliance, design, and regional stakeholders.
• Drive prioritisation, transparency, and accountability across campaign delivery pipelines.
• 5+ years’ experience within Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Delivery roles within FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services
• Experience working across multiple regions and time zones within a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, reporting tools, and marketing workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing operations is advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of trading platforms, financial products, and the Forex/CFD industry
• Strong experience managing workflows, stakeholder coordination, and campaign delivery across global teams
