KYC Analyst

As a KYC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring responsible leasing practices and protecting the business from fraud. You will work closely with the Risk Operations Manager to drive efficiency, oversee application referrals, and develop processes that enhance the integrity of our risk operations. This is an in-office position based in Belfast, with opportunities for evening shifts.

• Manage customer and business application referrals, using fraud, credit, and KYC platforms to deliver objective high-quality decisions.
• Lead fraud investigations by conducting in-depth investigations, gathering and analysing evidence to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold fairness.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements to enhance fraud prevention and approval rate.
