About The Role

Join Raylo, a fast-growing subscription infrastructure company that is transforming the way technology is bought, used, and reused. As a Senior Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in defining and scaling Raylo's global collections and recoveries strategy, using your technical and analytical expertise to drive data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, and your work will directly contribute to Raylo's sustainable, circular approach to consumer electronics.

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Analytics, work closely with cross-functional partners to define and scale Raylo's global collections and recoveries strategy across products, verticals, and markets.
Use technical and analytical expertise to champion data-informed decisions that materially improve performance, balancing customer outcomes with strong unit economics.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, product, finance, and engineering, as well as external partners, to turn insight into action and deliver meaningful, measurable change.
