Visual UI Designer

Join P3 Hotel Software as a Visual/UI Designer. In this role, you will create custom websites and technology solutions for hotels, enhancing the guest journey from browsing to booking to checkout. You will work primarily with Figma, collaborating with clients and internal teams to present and refine design ideas. This position is remote, but candidates should be based in the Leinster or Dublin area for monthly in-office collaboration days.

• Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI components primarily using Figma, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to present and refine design ideas.
• Work within brand guidelines and follow design system constraints to deliver designs that elevate and match our clients’ identity, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with design best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with developers to hand over refined designs and assets, and work primarily with Figma to create high-level wireframes and produce high-quality, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs
• In depth understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Interest in design trends and emerging tools
• Collaboration skills to work well within cross-functional teams
• 1–3 years of professional experience in UI or visual design
• Strong communication skills i.e ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Valid working visa for Ireland
• Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills across web and mobile platforms
• Background in graphic design or visual communications
• Solid understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
