• +5 years of experience hiring **tech profiles in fast-growing tech environments** (scale-up / SaaS / startup).
• Proven track record of **high-volume, high-quality delivery** (~20-23 strong hires/year).
• Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing tech profile — and how to close them.
• Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English (especially written english) and French.
• Energy, resilience, and a bias for action — you make things happen.
