CDI - Ingénieur Brevet - L'Oréal Recherche & Innovation (H/F)

As a Patent Engineer in our Intellectual Property Department, you will play a crucial role in protecting and leveraging our innovations in skincare and makeup. Your responsibilities will include building and managing our patent portfolio, conducting freedom-to-operate analyses, advising and supporting research teams and business stakeholders, and collaborating with a global network of internal experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in organic chemistry, galenics, cosmetics, or pharmacy, proven expertise in patent law, and at least 3 years of experience in the industry or private practice.

• Contribuer à la construction et à la gestion du portefeuille de brevets de l'entreprise, y compris la rédaction de nouvelles demandes et la supervision des procédures de poursuite.
• Réaliser des analyses de liberté d'exploitation pour sécuriser le lancement de nouveaux produits et technologies.
• Conseiller et soutenir les équipes de recherche et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise sur toutes les questions liées aux brevets, en fournissant votre expertise technique et juridique.
