CISO O+O (Online + Offline)

You will manage the O+O cybersecurity team, define and enforce an information security strategy, and ensure compliance with L'Oréal's information security policy and applicable laws and regulations. • Manage the O+O Cybersecurity Team, defining and enforcing an information security strategy for IT O+O scope.
• Ensure compliance with L'Oréal Information Security Policy and applicable laws and regulations, while enabling and facilitating the Business.
• Lead and drive the Titanium O+O Cybersecurity program jointly with infrastructure and IT O+O Teams, both at global and zone level.
