About The Role

Join L'Oréal, the world leader in beauty, as a Global Cybersecurity Risk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and participating in L'Oréal's Risk-Based Cyber Transformation, bridging the gap between technical posture and business impact. You will support strategic decision-making, ensure global consistency in cyber risk processes, manage operational risk, and provide advanced analytics and strategic foresight. You will also lead the global cyber risk management team and communicate complex ideas effectively to international stakeholders.

Act as a strategic partner for the leadership team, translating technical cyber indicators into a clear business risk posture.
Ensure the seamless integration of cybersecurity risks into the Group ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) methodology, providing a consistent language for risk reporting at the highest level.
Direct management of the global cyber risk management team, acting as a cyber risk liaison with relevant stakeholders.
