About The Role

Join L'Oréal, the world leader in beauty. As a Tech Program Manager, you will orchestrate our fragmented technical landscape and lead our major offshore delivery transformation to India by 2027. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of high-quality code, pilot a team of 20+ professionals, and challenge and align architects, lead techs, devops, and cybersecurity experts. You should have a strong background in data and code delivery, experience in CRM ecosystems, and a solid understanding of API integration patterns and data lifecycle concepts.

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-quality code and lead the strategic transition of squads to offshore models.
  • Pilot a team of 20+ professionals (internal and external vendors) and manage a substantial budget, ensuring complex, multi-platform IT delivery.
  • Challenge and align architects, lead techs, devops, and cybersecurity experts on API design, integrations, and infrastructure.
