AXA Health Business - Life and Health Actuary (F/M)

Join AXA Health, a dynamic entity specializing in international Life and Health solutions. As a Life and Health Actuary, you will have a dual responsibility: supporting and controlling a large portfolio of global employee benefits programs and assisting the Finance team with investment-related topics. You will be part of the MAXIS Global Benefits Network, a joint venture between AXA and MetLife, and will contribute to the profitable growth of the MAXIS portfolio of Captive and Pool global programs.

• Support and control a large portfolio of global employee benefits programs, contributing to pricing, benefit design, and setup.
• Participate in the MAXIS Underwriting Committee and Technical Committees, discussing and deciding on ongoing technical topics.
• Review, study, and validate new business/renewal policy referrals from MAXIS Underwriters, working on getting necessary internal AXA Health approvals.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Life and Health

Underwriting/Actuarial roles

• No specific knowledge on investment related topics is

required

• You have demonstrated an exposure to international

• markets in your previous role(s), you want to further explore new markets, and
• you enjoy working across various territories and cultures.

• You are autonomous, used to making decisions and

taking calculated actions, even when facing uncertainty.

• You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and

meet simultaneous deadlines.

Accordingly,

you are required to possess the below skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English. French

proficiency is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent command of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Responsiveness to ongoing and future events and having

the creativity and courage to propose new ideas.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a

strong team spirit.

• An appetite for challenges and adaptability with
