As the Head of Partnership and Reinsurance Operations, you will be responsible for all operational and servicing delivery for Insurance Partners. You will lead a global team, shape claims strategy, manage partner performance, and drive service innovation. This is a high-visibility role with direct reporting to executive leadership, offering the opportunity to influence the future of partnership and reinsurance operations.

• Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et la livraison des services pour les partenaires d'assurance, y compris la gestion des partenaires de service (TPA) et la supervision des processus de réclamation.
• Diriger une équipe mondiale, en charge de la stratégie de réclamation, de la performance des partenaires, de la gestion des risques et de l'innovation en matière de services.
• Collaborer au développement de produits et à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de réclamation, en intégrant l'innovation et la technologie.

**Technical and Professional Expertise**

• Medical qualification or strong medical background
• Solid knowledge of healthcare and insurance markets
• Extensive experience in international environments
• Proven expertise in health and protection insurance claims and associated risks
• Experience in audit, control or governance functions
• Strong financial acumen
