MAXIS GBN - Account Manager – Global Employee Benefits F/H

Join MAXIS GBN, a global employee benefits network co-founded by AXA and MetLife. As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of multinational clients, coordinate internal stakeholders, liaise with local insurers, handle client queries, monitor service delivery, support Account Executives, and identify areas for process improvement. You should have 1 to 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and be fluent in English and French.

• Gérer la relation quotidienne avec les clients multinationaux assignés.
• Coordonner les parties prenantes internes (Account Executives, Underwriting, Operations, Reporting).
• Surveiller la prestation de services et contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in account management, insurance, financial services or a related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Client-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Good level of comfort with data and common business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
