Proactive problem-solving mindset and accuracy
Familiarity with internal tools (Jira, Kustomer etc) and workflows
Excellent communicator in English, both orally and in writing
Basic understanding of troubleshooting API integrations
Living in the Netherlands
Basic communication skills as the main point of contact with different stakeholders
Basic ability to analyze and interpret data to identify issues
Basic spreadsheet skills for data visualization
