Head of Design System (x/f/m)

Join Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company, as the Head of Design Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Doctolib product surface is built on a consistent, high-quality design foundation. You will own Oxygen, Doctolib's design system, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measure impact. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product design or design systems, engineering fluency, and experience in a regulated or healthcare-adjacent context.

• Set the multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen, connecting the dots across engineering, design, and brand teams.
• Establish cross-functional governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams, defining contribution models and change management processes.
• Own design output quality across the product, ensuring that AI-generated interfaces are coherent, consistent, and on-brand.
