Manager of Design, Brand Creative

Join Prose, a certified B Corporation and climate-neutral company, as the Manager of Design. In this role, you will be responsible for visually executing the Prose brand across various mediums and channels, leading concepting and design on projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to support team objectives. You should have 3-5 years of experience in in-house brand design and campaign development, a keen understanding of brand building, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Visually execute the Prose brand with the highest standards and contribute to all phases of creative production across multiple mediums and channels.
• Lead concepting and design on projects across 360 campaigns, digital platforms, print & packaging collateral, and more.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all teams at Prose to ensure the creative work supports all team objectives and hits business goals.
