About The Role

Join Prose, a certified B Corporation and climate-neutral company, as a Senior Manager, PR & Influencer. In this senior, cross-functional role, you will lead the brand's earned media, influencer, SEO/LLM content, and partnerships strategy. You will manage relationships with our PR agency, SEO/LLM agency, and Community Manager, and work closely with various teams to ensure integrated and impactful communications efforts. The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, with a strong background in beauty, wellness, or premium DTC brands.

Own the earned media strategy for Prose, driving consistent, high-quality coverage across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and business press.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with PR agency, including strategy alignment, execution, performance management, and budget oversight.
Lead Prose’s influencer strategy, with a focus on performance and organic micro and mid-tier creators whose audiences and values authentically align with the brand.
