Compliance Business Officer - Payments & Customer Protection

As a Compliance Business Officer, you will provide practical compliance guidance across products, services, and commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations. You will work closely with various teams, assess regulatory implications, identify compliance risks, and contribute to the design and implementation of compliance policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a product compliance role within a financial institution or regulated fintech.

• Assess the regulatory implications of new products, services, and business initiatives, and partner with product and business teams to embed compliance requirements from discovery through development.
• Identify potential compliance risks associated with existing or new offerings, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Review and validate commercial and communication materials to ensure they are aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
