Senior People Business Partner

Join Spendesk as a Senior People Business Partner, where you'll support our Go-To-Market organization and play a key role in our business ambitions. You'll act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and managers, drive performance management cycles, align cross-functional stakeholders, leverage people data, and design AI agents to enhance People Partnership processes. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a People Partner role, strong knowledge of GTM populations, a data-driven mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and French is required, with Spanish as a strong advantage.

• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and managers, supporting them through the full employee lifecycle.
• Drive performance management cycles within your scope, ensuring consistency and fairness, and support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Leverage people data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and inform decision-making, and build models that turn People metrics into actionable recommendations.
