Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our product forward and helping millions of young people build good financial habits. You will work with key technologies such as BigQuery, Dataform, Tableau, Veezoo, Amplitude, and Monte Carlo. Your responsibilities will include providing analysis and insights to drive the product forward, presenting critical insights and strategic recommendations, performing in-depth data analysis, partnering with Product and Engineering teams, designing and building data models, sharing knowledge with team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data practices. • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes de l'entreprise pour comprendre leurs objectifs et fournir des analyses et des recommandations stratégiques.
• Effectuer des analyses de données approfondies pour identifier et comprendre les anomalies, et travailler avec les équipes Produit et Ingénierie pour structurer et analyser les tests A/B.
• Concevoir, construire, tester, déployer et surveiller des modèles de données et des modèles sémantiques, en suivant les meilleures pratiques et les normes de l'équipe.
• Very strong knowledge of SQL in a data warehouse environment
• Experience building robust and compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau
• A team player fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working as a data analyst, ideally in a B2C environment
• Good working knowledge of product experimentation techniques and statistical methods
• A curiosity and desire to learn how GoHenry works, and gain a deep understanding of the product structure and business models
• A hunger to continually improve yourself and others, using the latest technologies such as Claude Code to increase impact
• Experience using a data transformation tool such as dbt or Dataform
• Experience working with event analytic platforms such as Amplitude
• Experience building semantic models / knowledge graphs, or a desire to learn
• Good working knowledge of BigQuery
