(H/F) Systems Engineer – Robotics Safety & Functional Safety

About The Role
Join Wandercraft, a pioneering company in the field of robotics. As a Systems Engineer specializing in Robotics Safety & Functional Safety, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and validation of our robotic systems, including industrial humanoid robots and medical exoskeletons. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and ensure that our robotic systems meet the highest standards of safety, functional safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Définir les architectures de sécurité au niveau système et dériver les exigences techniques de sécurité à partir des analyses de dangers.
- Évaluer le niveau d'intégrité de sécurité (SIL) et/ou le niveau de performance (PL) requis et atteint par les fonctions du système.
- Contribuer aux activités d'ingénierie système pour les plateformes robotiques de Wandercraft, y compris les robots humanoïdes et les exosquelettes médicaux.
**Diploma**
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or in a technical field of Robotics (Mechanics / electronics / software development / control)
- A certification equivalent to Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE) is a strong plus
**Required experience**
- 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering or safety engineering for complex systems combining hardware and software
- Experience in highly regulated industries is particularly valued (such as automotive, railway, aerospace, industrial machinery)
- Professional knowledge of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC).
- Practical experience applying functional safety standards, especially: ISO 12100, IEC 62061, ISO 13849
- Experience or strong interest in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches.
