Founding Engineer

• Participer activement à la construction du produit, en possédant l'architecture et le déploiement de l'application mobile pour les patients et les outils pour les cliniciens.
• Structurer la sécurité de l'information en vue de l'ISO 27001, mettre en œuvre l'IEC 62304 pour les voies CE (MDR) et FDA, et mettre en place un hébergement de données de santé conforme à l'HDS.
• Diriger les efforts de données en psychiatrie de précision, en faisant le lien entre la recherche clinique et la production.

We are looking for a "Builder". Someone who knows how to architect a complex system but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the codebase.

• Strong software engineering background with a track record of technical ownership.
• Shipped and deployed AI/ML in production.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and autonomous.
• A structured builder and a good mentor.
• Willing to step into a broader management role as we scale.
• Fluent in both French and English.

**It would be ideal if you also have:**

• Experience shipping **mobile** apps (native or React Native/Flutter).
• Experience in healthtech, medtech, or a highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with certification processes (CE marking, MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 27001).
