Head of Marketing (B2B/B2G)

Join Vizzia as the Head of Marketing, where you will lead the marketing function and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for product marketing, performance marketing, and brand communication, ensuring alignment around the objective of accelerating revenue. You will establish safety, arm sales, build inbound marketing, mature the brand, and manage a team of approximately 10 people. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, a proven track record of managing a team, and a bias for business impact.

• Establishing Vizzia as a credible player in public safety and accelerating Waste conversion.
• Building the marketing machine that helps Vizzia meet its market, drive faster product adoption, close faster, and scale faster.
• Constructing the inbound layer and professionalizing the full acquisition engine to generate a predictable, scalable lead flow.
