VP Product

Join Vizzia, the leading Video-Surveillance-as-a-Service (VSaaS) platform in Europe. As the VP of Product, you will be responsible for building the next chapter of the product organization, installing the product operating model across hardware, AI, and two SaaS verticals, and scaling this transformation while the company triples in size. You will work closely with the CTPO co-founder and have direct access to the executive committee. This is a unique opportunity to shape the product function from the ground up and make a real impact in addressing public-space problems in cities.

• Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie produit alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, en se concentrant sur un nombre limité de paris éclairés et ciblés.
• Transformer les équipes interfonctionnelles actuelles en équipes de produits autonomes, responsables des résultats, en améliorant la qualité de ces équipes et les résultats qu'elles livrent.
• Recruter, coacher et développer les chefs de produit et les designers pour atteindre les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie, en mettant l'accent sur le coaching et le développement des talents.
