Strategic Designer / Consultant (BE) - Bruxelles

Join our Brussels office as a Strategic Designer/Consultant, where you will lead projects that combine bold creativity with sharp strategic insight. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from initial scoping to final delivery, collaborating closely with clients, visual designers, content experts, and fellow strategic designers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complexity, values creativity and teamwork, and has a strong interest in visual and creative thinking.

• Lead the full design thinking cycle to solve complex client challenges using actionable, creative strategies and diverse transformation tools.
• Take ownership of projects from kickoff to delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time and on-budget execution.
• Build trust and strong relationships with clients across regions and organizational levels, facilitating workshops, interviews, and co-creation sessions.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic design, innovation, change management, learning design, or related fields
• Experience designing and delivering diverse transformation tools, for example visual manifests, learning journeys, interactive platforms, playbooks, workshops, or live creative sessions
• Strong interest in visual and creative thinking
• Structured yet empathetic thinker with a natural storytelling ability
• Excellent facilitator and communicator with clients
• Curious, independent, team player who thrives in complexity and gets things done
• Strong interpersonal skills: humility, curiosity, humor, and a genuine taste for teamwork and co-creation
• You speak fluently Dutch, English and ideally French, and can easily switch from one language to another.
