About The Role

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR tech company, as a Creative Director. In this role, you will define the heartbeat of the HiBob brand, leading a complete overhaul of our visual identity and ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints. You will have a strong background in graphic design, extensive experience in agency management, and a proven track record of managing and scaling creative teams.

  • Lead the creative direction and vision for the HiBob brand, transforming it into a category-defining visual and narrative system.
  • Oversee the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor internal talent, contractors, and agencies to build a world-class creative culture and elevate the company's position as a leader in the HR tech space.
  • Experience: 10+ years of creative leadership in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Brand Marketing Partnership: Proven expertise in acting as a strategic partner to Brand Marketing leadership, with a demonstrated ability to align creative output with high-level business growth objectives.
  • Graphic Design Background: A strong foundation in hands-on graphic design, typography, and visual layout is required to lead, critique, and elevate our creative output.
  • Agency Management: Extensive experience partnering with external agencies, from onboarding and briefing to creative direction and performance oversight, to ensure global brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Portfolio: A world-class portfolio demonstrating mastery in brand identity, high-impact campaigns, and narrative storytelling.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and practical experience integrating AI video/design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney) into production workflows.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and scaling creative teams in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Education: BA in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
