Customer Success Manager

Join HiBob, a fast-growing global HR platform, as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will build and execute an account-specific relationship framework, manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewal and expansion, and work closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will have SaaS account management or customer success experience, be fluent in English, and have a passion for learning and technology.

• Construire et exécuter un cadre de relation spécifique au compte, y compris des appels de statut réguliers, des examens trimestriels des affaires, la documentation du compte et des sessions de planification du succès.
• Gérer un portefeuille de comptes avec un accent sur le renouvellement et l'expansion, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux.
• Utiliser des outils d'IA pour améliorer la productivité, rationaliser les flux de travail, découvrir des informations et accroître l'impact.
• SaaS Account Management or CSM experience, owning an EU book of business with targets on net retention.
• Experience working in B2B (client-facing) role
• Fluent in English
• A passion to learn the products’ functionality, and you’re tech-savvy
• You demonstrate curiosity and practical experience in using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, uncover insights, and scale impact.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced scale up environment
• A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
• Executive project management skills and able to communicate effectively across the C-suite
• Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
• Experience with SFDC, Asana and/or ChurnZero is advantageous
• An HR or HRM background is advantageous
