People and Culture Partner

As a People and Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience for our Americas team. You will support people leaders, drive key people initiatives, and ensure our people-first approach is embedded across the Americas. This role is ideal for someone early in their people partnering journey, looking to grow in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment.

• Support people leaders while driving key people initiatives.
• Blend strategic advisory, operational execution, and cultural advocacy to ensure a people-first approach.
• Utilize tech and HRIS to build progressive, automated processes and enhance employee experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within HR - highly preferred
• In a fast-moving scale-up you should be comfortable having strategic conversations one minute - and being super hands on and in the weeds the next
• You bring a growth mindset, are solutions-focused and able to prioritize effectively
• Demonstrable experience with employee relations, and strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and US employment legislation. Experience with Canadian employment law is a plus!
• Strong track record in Americas People Operations/Experience, using tech and HRIS to build progressive, automated processes and employee experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about building a progressive and engaging workplace culture.
• Data-driven with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with people leaders to build high performing teams
