About The Role
Join HiBob, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a People & Culture Partner. In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees across various functions, act as a trusted advisor, and own UK People Operations. You will play a key role in shaping exceptional employee experiences, strengthening manager capability, and contributing to the evolution of our People function.
- Partnership with leaders and employees across various functions to build high-performing teams and support business growth.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, supporting organizational effectiveness, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Owning UK People Operations and continuously improving the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

**Essential experience**
- Experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, People Operations Partner, HR Generalist or similar role
- Experience within SaaS, technology or other fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong employee relations experience and sound knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience coaching managers through performance, employee relations and organisational challenges
- Experience supporting customer-facing, commercial or go-to-market functions
- Experience operating in matrix organisations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge constructively
- Experience working across global organisations with distributed leadership teams
- Experience using HR technology to improve employee experience and operational efficiency

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

- Passion for building high-performing teams and exceptional employee experiences
**Nice to have**
- Experience supporting organisational scaling, transformation or change programmes
- Exposure to organisational design, workforce planning or organisational effectiveness initiatives
- Experience representing your organisation externally through events, webinars, panels or employer branding initiatives
