About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of our innovative Payroll product, collaborating with engineering and design teams, leveraging data for decision-making, and contributing to the product roadmap. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of product management experience, a strong product sense, and a passion for execution.

  • 5+ years' Product Management experience building, shipping, and iterating on customer-facing products.
  • Direct or indirect BenAmin experience required. If you haven't built payroll products, we will consider candidates who can demonstrate that they can learn quickly and have a working appreciation of the complexities of BenAdmin.
  • Has built highly impactful features and has good product sense. Has a natural bias towards execution.
  • Ability to go deep into the problem and the domain to know what and how to build.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and sense of ownership skills.
  • Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Appreciation of the intersection between compliance and delighting users.
  • Ability to digest client feedback and determine appropriate action items.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, Rippling, Gusto, etc) is a bonus, not a requirement.
