Senior Product Manager - Payroll Management (Time Off)

Join HiBob, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, as a Senior Product Manager in the Payroll Ecosystem group. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Time Off domain, a critical product that impacts employee experience, compliance, workforce management, and payroll. You will collaborate with various teams and have a significant influence on product direction and impact on how organizations manage time and attendance.

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie et la feuille de route pour le domaine du Temps Off, en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de conception, de paie, de succès client, de vente et les clients.
• Gérer les produits complexes avec plusieurs groupes de parties prenantes, dépendances et flux de travail critiques pour l'entreprise, en équilibrant les besoins des utilisateurs, les priorités commerciales et les contraintes techniques.
• Assurer l'alignement entre les équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Design, Succès Client, Vente et les équipes de direction, en conduisant l'alignement et la communication.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience owning complex products with multiple stakeholder groups, dependencies, and business-critical workflows
• Strong product strategy, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams from discovery through delivery
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership teams
• Ability to operate with autonomy, ownership, and accountability
• Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments
• Experience serving enterprise or upper mid-market customers

• Experience with Time Off, Attendance, Workforce Management, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Payroll, HRIS, or HCM products
• Experience with platforms such as Workday, UKG, Dayforce, Rippling, Sage, Oracle, SAP, ADP, Gusto, or similar
• US market experience, particularly around workforce management, leave management, payroll, or compliance requirements
• Experience working with payroll integrations or payroll-adjacent products
• FinTech, ERP, Compliance Tech, InsurTech, or LegalTech product experience
• Experience working with AI tools to improve product discovery, prototyping, or productivity
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
