VP Delivery (UK)

As the Vice President of Delivery, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of our delivery functions, driving innovation, achieving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding user experience and satisfaction. You will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and play a pivotal role in managing P&L, leading teams, and improving customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage the delivery functions across professional services and service partners, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding user experience.
• Drive innovation and achieve operational excellence in the delivery functions, with a focus on increasing customer retention and adoption.
• Manage P&L for the delivery functions, with a keen understanding of financial metrics and operational efficiency.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in professional services functions within a technology-driven environment. Preferably scale ups and high growth organizations.
• Proven track record of managing P&Ls, with a keen understanding of financial metrics and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels of the organization.
• Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to drive improvements in user experience.
• BA degree as a must. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• HRIS/HCM experience as a plus.
