Integrations Manager

Join Ankorstore, a company dedicated to supporting independent brands and retailers. As an Integrations Manager, you will play a crucial role in connecting Ankorstore's technical capabilities with the brands we work with. You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey of brand integrations, from discovery and qualification to technical setup and go-live. This role combines commercial ownership with hands-on technical execution, and you will work closely with the Tech team to ensure successful integrations.

• Identifying brands that would benefit from integrating their systems with Ankorstore, leading integration discovery calls, and building the business case for integration.
• Guiding brands through the full setup of their integration, from initial configuration to first successful sync, and serving as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
• Project-managing custom API-based implementations for brands whose needs go beyond off-the-shelf plugins, coordinating with internal engineers.
