Full Stack Engineer (Guardian Monitoring)

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across Guardian's monitoring platform, including UI, APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end, from prototype and API design through production rollout and iteration, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers, and participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Experience building or deeply using monitoring, alerting, or observability systems is a plus
• Collaborative and communicative: you work well across teams and functions, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably across both frontend and backend features
• Familiarity with feature flagging, release automation, or developer tooling is a plus
• Strong product instincts: you care about user experience and can translate ambiguous requirements into clean, well-scoped solutions
• Proficiency across the full stack: preferably comfortable in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Go (or similar) on the backend
