Junior Account Executive - North America Market

As a Junior Account Executive for the North American market, you'll play a crucial role in our international expansion by turning qualified leads into happy customers. You'll support clients in planning their events, manage leads, contribute to internal improvements, participate in strategy discussions, and mentor new team members. This position is based in Montreal, Canada, and offers a supportive, inclusive, and people-first environment.

• Support clients in planning their seminars, team retreats, or workshops through the Naboo platform and curated venue collection.
• Qualify and manage leads from marketing and SDR teams, present tailored solutions, close deals, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Contribute to internal improvements, participate in strategy discussions, and mentor and onboard new team members as the company grows.

**You’re the ideal fit if:**

• You have experience as an SDR or Account Executive, ideally in a startup or scale-up
• You are a native English speaker 🇬🇧
• You enjoy working towards clear goals and love closing deals
• French is a plus, but not required 🇫🇷
