Finance Operations & Support Lead - FR/EN - Permanent - Barcelona

Join Naboo, the European leader in MICE procurement, as a Finance Operations & Support Lead. In this full-time position based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, providing clear answers to clients and suppliers, managing cancellations and event postponements, and participating in the improvement of internal processes. You will also recruit, onboard, and train junior team members. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a finance/billing operations role at a tech scale-up, is fluent in English and French, and is comfortable working with CRM tools.

• Assurer que les événements passés ont les montants finaux corrects de chaque fournisseur et sont correctement facturés aux clients.
• Fournir des réponses claires aux clients/fournisseurs lorsqu'ils ont des questions sur les factures, les bons de commande et les paiements.
• Participer à l'amélioration des processus internes et recruter, former et encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe.

**You are the ideal candidate if:**

• You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up
• You are fluent in English and in French (50% of Finance Operations are still in French)
• You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
• You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
• You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
• You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations
