Lead the development of Skai’s Full Funnel Product by studying market needs and trends, and representing the customer's voice within the company.
Define and drive the long-term product strategy, aligning customer insights, market dynamics, and business objectives into a clear and durable product direction.
Collaborate closely with Product Management colleagues, data scientists, UX/UI experts, and R&D counterparts to define the backlog and functional specifications.
1+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality products from discovery to execution.
Proven ability to collaborate and work closely with overseas teams
Senior presence and mindset - self starter, can carry high level conversations and represent Skai and specifically our product organization in different levels of audiences and situations
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
Significant experience and expertise in Display advertising- including audiences targeting optimization, CTV advertising, flights and budget optimization, and familiarity with the full buyer journey
Effectively managing projects, and working across multiple teams in the organization
Experience in Retail-Media DSP (e.g. Amazon DSP) is an advantage
Deep understanding of customer experience and being able to bridge the gap between statistics and a friendly, business-oriented interface
Strong Presentation skills and experience in communicating with clients and collecting market feedback
