Accounts Recievable Analyst

• Support customer and partner billing operations, including invoice generation, distribution, payment application, collections support, and accounts receivable aging analysis.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for Revenue and AR-related accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred revenue support, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and general ledger accounting entries; experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar); Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track a plus)
• Accurate, thorough, and organized with a strong sense of accountability
• 2+ years of AR related accounting experience, billing or general accounting, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
