Channel Sales Engineer

Join our team as a Channel Sales Engineer, where you will help partners understand the value and capabilities of our cybersecurity products and services. You will assist partners in building service offerings, develop technical collateral, deliver training, and provide guidance on solution design. You will also collaborate closely with sales managers, deliver product demos, and act as a trusted technical advisor to partners. This is a remote position with opportunities for growth and a focus on innovation and inclusivity.

• Développer et maintenir des documents techniques, des playbooks, des meilleures pratiques et des matériaux de formation pour soutenir les stratégies de mise sur le marché des partenaires.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables des ventes des canaux et des alliances pour aligner les capacités techniques des partenaires sur les exigences des clients.
• Familiarity with managed services delivery models, partner go-to-market motions, and co-sell environments
• Proficiency with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity systems (AD/AAD), and networking fundamentals
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the cybersecurity domain
• 3+ years supporting Channel & Alliances team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus)
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or cloud security certifications are desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partners
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and security solutions
