About The Role

Join our team as a Commercial Counsel in Amsterdam, where you'll support a high volume of commercial transactions across our Sales, Channel/Alliances, and Customer Success teams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in SaaS or technology contracting who is looking to deepen their in-house experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll work closely with go-to-market teams to review, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and enabling deal velocity.

  • Rediger, gennemgå og forhandle en høj volumen af kommercielle aftaler, herunder NDA'er, SaaS-abonnementsaftaler (MSA'er), ordreformularer og DPA'er.
  • Samarbejde tæt med salgsteamet og RevOps for at holde aftaler i bevægelse og fjerne hindringer relateret til kontrakter.
  • Bidrage til at forbedre kontraktarbejdsgange og processer for at støtte et højt salgsmiljø.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfort leveraging AI and legal tech tools to streamline drafting, review, and knowledge management and take a forward approach to developing AI playbooks, workflows and agents in collaboration with our Legal ops team
  • Law degree from an accredited law school
  • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to give succinct, actionable advice to non-lawyers in English
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions preferred
  • Familiarity with international contracting issues (e.g., cross-border data transfers, GDPR basics, export control)
  • Experience supporting channel, MSP/MSSP, or distributor models
  • Comfort leveraging AI and legal tech tools to streamline drafting, review, and knowledge management
  • English fluency required. German fluency strongly preferred
  • Prior work with a cybersecurity company a plus
  • Experience in house legal within SaaS
  • Business-minded and pragmatic: you balance risk mitigation with revenue enablement
  • Comfortable working independently but enjoy collaborating with Sales, Channel, Product, Finance, and Security
  • Hybrid Work: We embrace a hybrid work model in our Amsterdam location, and this role requires regular in-office presence
  • Clear, calm communicator who can operate under time pressure and with incomplete information
  • Strong ownership mentality; you like building and iterating on templates, processes, and playbooks—not just running them
