About The Role

Join as a Field Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for executing regional field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth. You will work closely with sales, SDRs, and digital marketing to ensure the success of each program. Your role will involve planning, executing, and measuring various field programs, managing event logistics, and tracking performance metrics. You will also collaborate with other teams to integrate field programs into broader campaign sequences. This position offers growth opportunities, an innovation-driven culture, and a flexible work environment. - Plan, execute, and measure regional field programs including hosted executive dinners, third-party conferences, roadshows, and account-specific activations aligned to pipeline targets. - Work closely with sales, SDRs, and digital marketing to ensure every program runs with pre-defined cost-per-opportunity targets, SDR alignment before and after, and a structured post-event review cycle. - Track and report on meetings booked, pipeline created, and stage progression from field programs - no vanity metrics. - Comfort with CPO-based budgeting and ROI reporting - you know how to defend a spend decision with data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write compelling invite copy and executive-facing event briefs - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or equivalent) for list management and nurture coordination - Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign tracking and pipeline reporting - Willingness to travel up to 40% for event execution and customer programs - Strong project management skills - comfortable running multiple programs simultaneously with competing deadlines - Demonstrated ability to own a field program from concept through post-event reporting with clear pipeline outcomes - 3-5 years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS - Experience partnering directly with SDR and sales teams on pre- and post-event sequences and lead handoff - Experience in cybersecurity field marketing - you understand the CISO buyer and the enterprise security sales cycle - Track record of running executive dinner or roundtable programs with measurable pipeline outcomes - Experience supporting ABM field programs with account-specific field activations and personalized outreach
