Senior Field Marketing Specialist (EMEA)

Join our fast-paced cybersecurity company as a Senior Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for tier 3 event execution, marketing administration, and regional marketing support across multiple countries in EMEA. You will manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and procurement processes, as well as plan and execute field events and support regional trade shows. Additionally, you will create and maintain marketing assets, support lead capture and follow-up, track and report marketing performance, and manage branded merchandise distribution. • Plan and execute Tier 3 field events across EMEA, including customer roundtables, dinners, workshops, and regional activations.
• Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, reconciliation, and invoice processing for EMEA marketing activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue management, branded merchandise (SWAG), shipping, and marketing asset distribution across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or field marketing support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools
• Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience coordinating events and working with external vendors across multiple regions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
• Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processes
• Experience in using technologies such as SDFC, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, Zoom Info, ON24
• Experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or B2B environments
• Experience working across EMEA or other multi-country regions
