Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager for Platform, where you will lead the platform product portfolio for NodeZero. You will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the platform strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will also partner cross-functionally with various teams to deliver platform functionality that improves system stability and accelerates development. • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and is comfortable making decisions that impact multiple product lines
• Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and multi-tenant platforms
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable narratives for executives, customers, and internal teams
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or deeply technical products
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills; able to partner effectively with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success, and influence senior stakeholders
• Comfort operating in Agile environments, managing backlogs, making trade-offs, and shipping iteratively in collaboration with distributed teams
• Data-driven decision making, with experience defining product and operational metrics and using insights to guide prioritization and iteration
• Proven experience owning or materially influencing reliability and performance domains, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred
