Information Technology Lead

• Lead and mentor the IT team, driving continuous improvement across IT processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, overseeing global network infrastructure and multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Strengthen the organization’s security posture by implementing and maintaining information security controls, overseeing endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment, and security monitoring.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with globally distributed teams
• Strong project management skills, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building scalable, well-documented IT processes

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or security, with at least 3 years in a people management or team lead role

Demonstrated experience managing IT teams and delivering enterprise-level IT services

• Strong hands-on technical knowledge across the domains and tools listed in Our Tech Stack

Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and IT procurement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or Google Cloud Professional
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with AI/ML security considerations and securing AI system deployments
• Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and audit preparation
