Senior Revenue Accountant

Join our team as a Senior Revenue Accountant, where you will play a key role in executing and supporting the end-to-end revenue recognition process in compliance with IFRS 15. You will ensure accurate revenue reporting, support the accounts receivable function, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include revenue recognition and compliance, reporting and analysis, month-end close activities, team leadership, audit and controls, process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the broader accounting function.

• Execute and support the revenue recognition process in accordance with IFRS 15 and internal policy, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting standards.
• Analyze and reconcile key revenue accounts on a monthly basis; prepare reports and variance analysis to support management and senior stakeholders.
• Act as a resource and subject matter expert for junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and providing guidance on revenue accounting and AR processes.
• CPA designation (or actively pursuing) with 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a revenue accounting or related role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS 15 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Experience in Certinia is an asset
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong expertise in accounting and financial principles and governance (GAAP, IFRS)
