• Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and QA.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and craft outstanding product experiences.
• Promote a culture of design excellence — mentor other designers, champion quality, and lead by example.
• Experience working in a squad, collaborating with developers and QA engineers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive work forward without excessive oversight
• Strong UX fundamentals and a refined eye for UI — able to simplify complex concepts and work within a Design System with taste and judgment
• B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design experience — comfortable designing for complex, information-dense products
• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior capacity
• AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter, including a willingness to use AI-assisted coding to contribute directly to the design system and frontend
• A strong portfolio of user-centered, beautifully executed UI — ideally including B2B or enterprise product work
• Excellent communication skills — able to present and defend work to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience conducting generative and usability research
