People Partner (Fixed Term Contract)

Join TodayTix Group and Secret Cinema as a People Partner on a fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for employee relations, advising on the employee lifecycle, overseeing UK payroll, maintaining HiBob, and ensuring contractor compliance. • Lead on employee relations, coaching managers through performance, conduct, and absence concerns, and managing cases end-to-end.
• Advise on the employee lifecycle, guiding probations, role changes, and contract matters in alignment with UK law and company policy.
• Oversee UK payroll, partnering with the Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist and Finance to meet cutoff and resolve exceptions.

• Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area
• HiBob experience – a plus, though not required
• A confident people-partnering style – senior leaders come to you because you’re useful, not because they have to; you coach rather than instruct, and you know the difference
• Operational range – you can manage a payroll cycle, a compliance tracker, and a live ER case at once without dropping detail
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude – you leverage them to streamline workflows, support documentation, and increase productivity
• UK HR generalist experience – you’ve operated at this level before and don’t need to be told how employment law works or why ER process matters
• Working knowledge of IR35/off-payroll rules in a multi-entity environment
